    Help! Gaining mid section.

I had a shoulder injury about a year and a half ago, during a year I lost 27 pounds.
Currently been bulking for the past 6 months trying to gain weight back.
After my surgery and before I started lifting I was down to 158 pounds at 5'9" and 9% bf.
As of right now I'm sitting at 180 and 12% bf and that 3 percent gain is sitting in my midsection. I hate looking at it so bad. What do you guys suggest I can do?
Should I keep bulking or try to get rid of that midsection, in which I'm scared to lose musscle mass.

    My diet.
Maintenance cals are around 2900. I try to stay around 3300.
    Protein: 320 grams
    Carbs: 280 grams
    Fat: 80 grams
I can write it out in more details later if needed, cause I'm using my phone right now so its a pain.
    Training: 5-6 days a week
    Cardio: walking

    Meal 1
    1 cup Whole grain oats
    2 whole eggs
    1 cup egg whites
    1 midium banana

    Meal 2
    1 cup organic brown rice
    5.5 oz cooked chicken breast
    1 tomato

    Meal 3
    1 cup wheat pasta
    5.5 oz cooked chicken

    Meal 4
    1 cup brown rice
    1 fillet mahi mahi fish
    Broccoli

    Meal 5
    1 hours before workout
    2 slices wheat bread
    3oz turkey
    1 banana

    PWO
    50 grams whey protein

    Meal 6
    2 midium red potatoes
    6 oz steak
    Green salad

    Total:
    Cals: 3360
    Protein:325

That's the basics of what I eat. My goal is to hit 200 pound mark but I don't really wanna have a fat stomach. What do you guys suggest I chang to lose that mid section and maintain my mass.

I will try and do some yams and see what happens.
