20 Week Competition Diet
Hello Guys.
I am just under 20 weeks out from what will be my first competition. I now need to nail down a solid diet.
I want to ideally bulk for the first 10 weeks, then cut the other 10.
Can anyone point me in the direction of some diets for 20 weeks ideal for competing?

You dont bulk up to 10 weeks out from a show. Any bulking you want should have already been done. Suggest focusing on the getting lean portion of the diet.

- I am 20 weeks out mate, not 10. If i started bulking 10 weeks in how would that work?

You said you want to bulk up the first 10 weeks then cut the next 10 weeks. I am saying you dont want to bulk up until you only have 10 weeks to go unless you want to come in fat.

Fieguy is 1000% right . If you dont have the mass you want now it is to late. You have to get your diet in check now or you will step onstage looking like you shouldnt be there. Cut what you have now. 20 weeks and you should be able to get onstage hard and tight.
I wanna see some pics. Also firegut can tell you alot from a pic as to where to start.
