    bulking diet??

    Hey guys, i was curious if anyone wouldnt mind sharing there bulking diets. as in exactley what theyre eating and times. Or theyre favorite food combos for mass.

    i try and eat clean as i can, and alot im always hungry so if yo have better suggestions on replacements please do so.

    meal 1: 50grams whey shake, 60 grams of carbs from oatmeal, fish oil, liv 52

    2 hours later

    meal 2: 8 oz - 10 oz chicken breasts,1 string cheese, 1 cup of white rice, 1 cup broccolli

    2 hours later

    meal 3: 2 8 oz chicken breats, 1 cup of white rice, 1 cup of broccolli

    2-3 hours later

    preworkout meal 4: 25 grams whey shake, 60 grams of carbs from oatmeal, 1 bananna, fish oil , glutamine

    post workout meal 5: 30 gr whey shake, 1 bananna, glutamine

    1 hour later

    meal 6: 1 or 2 8 oz chicken breats or 1 10 oz lean steak, 1 1/2 cups of white rice, 1 cup boccolli.

    2 hours later

    meal 7: 1 low fat string cheese or cottage cheese, 50 gr whey shake. glutamine, fish oil, liv 52

    eat protein- naturally rolled oats with egg whites

    2 hours later

    throw away white rice go brown or yams, sweet potatoes, ezekiel bread

    2 hours later

    why white rice too high of GI, this is the only time 1 hour after pwo shake you can get away wtih that

    eat lean beef here with fibrous veggies and EFA

    you dont have any EFA's other than a fish oil supp in your diet. cals/macros???
