    egg whites

    whats the best way to eat egg whites guys, do use make them hard boiled then eat them or jus break the egg in a cup tkae out the oak and drink that shit down, does it make a difference they way u eat them

    either way you are still getting protein. but i think drinking it will digest a little faster

    all white egg beaters, and whole eggs can be eaten any way you want, I drink egg beaters all the time with my protein shakes. this will be moved to the diet forum where it belongs...
