Question How do my Fat macros Look?

How do these fat macros look in relation to the rest of my macros? My diet is super clean and 2/3 of the fat is represented by either Fash oil, Almond oil, Walnut oil, or EVOO

High Carb Day- 100-104g Fat, 375-400g carb (closer to 375), 300g pro
Med Carb Day- 67-70g Fat, 150-170g carb, 300g pro
No (Low) Carb Day- ~52g Fat, <50g carb, 300g pro

Training: All weight training is for around 1 hour. I listen to my body and really take it easy if my glycogen/glucose is really depleted=no energy.
High CD- Legs/Lower Back (squats, deads), 45 min medium to high intensity cardio.
Med CD- Either: Chest/Tri or Back/Bi, 30 min LI cardio (following lifting, empty stomach)
Low CD- Either rest or Delts/Traps, no cardio or very LI for 30 min.

Personal Info: 5' 10'', 189lbs, ~18%, BMR 1921/TDEE ~3146 (KM formula), currently 3 day carb cycling (High, med, no), carb sensitive, natural endo, currently loosing 2lbs a week with this diet/training, all natty (for about 1 more year), lost 85 pound of pure lard in the last 2 years (was a very fat 273lbs), in the last month I just recently got my diet really dialed in (only shake is pre wo), I just want the macros as close to optimal as possible.

    Thanks everyone for the input/help

On days where your carbs are med and low up your fat, not lower it. You'll need energy from something!

Should I just stick around the 100g Fat window everyday? (I always keep my protein at 300g)
