i new diet was important but not this important so i need help to sort it out my current diet is eat whatever but no crisps cholate ect

but 1st you need to know my lifestyle i work doing static security on a building site now, monday night to thursday night i leave for work at 4:30pm and get home about 7am so no access to a cooker just a frigde and micro

i can get to sleep in work between the hrs of 11pm and 4am taking a risk lol i know some people dont uprove of this but i use GHB to get sleep in work

i dont have to go bed when i get home because after i take that ghb im abit groggy at 1st but cant then sleep at home.


so im looking for a bulking diet and times to eat and what foods at what times and if protien shakes are needed at the moment im using premium whey made by sn after training and during the day too

so please right me up a diet plan and then i can do my shopping for the week thanks for your time and making me see how important diet really is

my goal is to gain muscle im starting my sust cycle next week
