Morning 'Light'
Hey guys - quick question... Though I'm slowly gaining the natural weight I want... In the morning I am always drastically lighter than I am at night (around 6-7lbs)... Obviously due to eating/drinking throughout the day and a 7-hour sleep, yes.
I'm just wondering what foods would be fitting to eat at night that can help sustain the body through sleep to maintain it's weight a little better?
My diet as is is right below;
Meal 1
12 egg whites
1cup grits
2tbs Natural PButter
8oz 2% milk
Meal 2
6oz boneless chicken breast
1cup brown rice
1oz almonds (roasted/salted)
Meal 3
8oz ground beef
6oz boneless chicken breast
8oz peeled sweet potato
WO
Meal 4 PWO
6oz boneless chicken breast
1 cup white rice
Meal 5
8oz ground beef
1/2 cup of brown rice
Thanks guys, any advice appreciated for meal 5 (or even adding a meal 6 for pre-sleep)

i dont believe there are any foods that are going to keep you "heavier" throughout the night but some good foods before bed would be a protein/fat meal
low fat cottage cheese
natural peanut butter
red meat
salmon
casein shake (or opt to wake up during the night and down one)
there are plenty of others.

first of all you shouldnt be worrying about what the scale is telling you.
you should actually be worrying what you are seen in the mirror.
Also there better foods to have a at night due slow digestion which will last a little longer in the body but nothing to do with weight.
as above said those sorts of foods are good
your meal should have proteins and fats (efas) in themLast edited by collar; 07-07-2009 at 11:31 PM.
