New on here.
Hi guys im new on here.
some stats
23
220lb @ 6ft 4
13% bf
Diet needs improved
no cycles
Diet
meal 1. 8 egg whites 1/2 cup oats
meal 2 weight gain shake 1050kal PVL mutant mass 52g protien
meal 3 220g turkey and 1 brown pitta bread
meal 4 usn anabolic 50g protien
meal 5 220g turkey with a sweet potato or greens on low carb days
meal 6 CNP peptide 45g protien
Meal 7 8 egg whites and 60g wheatgerm.
advice please. im looking to do a lean bulk, but carbs make me hold water

First off lol, those arnt meals those are powders, you need to get rid of them and eat real food.
Imo you still have alot of potential to progress without steroids ...

change your diet to real food and you will get your lean bulk...JMO

As mentioned and i agree, more whole foods. The diet section is a great place to start.

after training CNP peptide 45g protien
meal 6 300g steak with veg
Meal 7 8 egg whites and 60g wheatgerm.

go to the diet section
get rid of the weight gain shake, reall foods better, WEIGHT GAIN shakes are designed to help if u cant get calories in, demand a high amount of calories, or u have a really high metablsim, der not usueful, just expensive sugar mixed with protein powder
do some googleing and search low carb diets, high protein diets, and carbohydrate cycling, all clean bulk diet
