body fat question...
ok well i posted a thread like ten minutes ago but just heard and reasearched that body fat callipers are not very accuarte for a bf measurment. is this through... can any one help me and give me advice on how to measure it accuratlet.... thanks guys sorry for the silly post before

calipers are great measuring tool with somebody with experience/measured at same time of day/same person/and based on how many sites you pinch... fireguy1 has a great thread on it but i dont know where it is.. im sure he'll post it shortly

fireguy also states that anyone with a bf over 15% would have a harder time getting an accrate read...

also when he sees this thread he will more input for you on the subject, but i think that is correct if your bf% is over 15 or so, you may get in accurate numbers..
