    protein foods

    hi guys/ girls

    havin a little trouble with my diet,getting a bit tired off chicken and tuna ,any idea's how to vary it a bit bearing in mind i am on a high protein 300 grams low carbs 100 grams thing i am already havin are egg whites,fish,cnp pro mr shake and casein protein , lol plz dont say sardines or turkey as they taste the same to me as chicken and tuna do so open to any idea's people

    Got a problem with red meat? I think that's about all that's left. Chicken, tuna and eggs are a mainstay in my diet and don't know of any other substitutes, although i've never really looked for one.
    Maybe you need a good recipe book. There's a thousand different things you can make with those.

    Yeah man......one of my favourite meals minced beef as lean as pos....red kidney beans...hot sauce......sometimes with half a wheat wrap.....love it.

    x2 ^ . Lists a lot of the options. But if your major concern is just that your 'tired' of chicken - why not focus on some different recipes and flavors for your chicken? Every week when I prepare my food I change it up or add something or anything to keep from the same taste.

    Cajun + Smoke seasonings together + Grilled chicken... phenomenal.

    True that - if I ate plain chicken everyday I wouldn't need 'roid rage '... I'd be mad enough already.

    i have been eating plain chicken for 13 years, its really not that difficult.

    i guess all depends on the tolerence if the person, i say man up and eat it .

    Haha fvck I'm not man enough. I'd much rather enjoy what I'm eating - guess plain chicken just doesn't taste too appealing.

    chop some tomatoes, parsley and little chopped onion, then mix it with tuna, squeeze fresh lemon and put one teaspoon olive oil. great tuna salad, just use imagination...

    I'm with collar I eat to grow... I don't even know how to cook so all my food tastes like shit.... but I eat a lot of food, and it goes down.

    Im with juturna........has to taste nice...and why not have nice tasteing food...unless your wanting to compete and every cal counts.

    Twist.....i was the worst cook in the world.....even made a thread about it years ago....just learnt this year and eating good is much easier.

    now believe it or not juturna

    saturday is my cheat days, so what i do there is what i ever decide i want to eat.

    Alot of the time its something i make at home like a protein source a whole fish or like red meat, what ever it is i spice it up and herb it up.

    thats my cheat hehehe......
