Green Tea
Hey guys ok so is green tea used to help in your metabolism rate to burn calories? I've heard several things from various people and was wondering and if so what is the active ingredient thats makes this possible? And another thing is if so how much would would actually make a diffrence to a "normal" guy?

green tea has caffeine in it..........

flavonoids (antioxidants) especially epigallocatchin (sp?) gallate would be the active ingredient but also caffeine.
green tea isn't magic, though; a good diet is.
