Need a critque was told diet was pretty poor.
Here is todays consumed food.
im 30yrs 185
very active 5-6 days in the gym
I think I went overboard with Almonds today, but my goal is to maintain current weight or maybe add a few pounds of lean muscle.
Wanting to start a cycle of Test E but want to make sure my diet is in check.
Everything is in chronological order starting with breakfast. I eat bout every 2 to 3 hours. below is the correction to read and understand better.Last edited by Jookington; 08-19-2009 at 11:20 PM.

you seriously need to seperate those meals into something legible.. i cant understand where in the day your meals are...

we recommend you type it out by hand and include the time of each meal and also include when/what your workout reg is..
