    Bulking Breakfast Ideas?

    Anyone have any good PORTABLE bulking breakfast ideas? In the past i've just done shakes with oatmeal and perhaps some fruit but i'm not sure that's going to cut it...

    I always found protein pancakes travel well and taste good at room temperature.

    oatmeal with almonds in it. I throw that in a tupperware and bring it to work every morning. If you put milk, fill a water bottle with milk or just add water. You get tons of calories from the almonds. Add a who weat beagel if you can down it

    Spot on J3. Besides, eggs and chicken is a match made in heaven! That's actually one of my better tasting meals of the day.

    I cant stomach meat for my first meal. I like baked goods tbh.

    How about whole-grain low-fat cottage cheese sandwich(es) with EVOO (on the cheese)? tastes really good...better with your coffee if you can't do without it .

    A nice alternative to my regular black coffee is a whey+coffee shake. I throw in chocolate flavored ON whey, coffee, some vanilla, a tiny bit of artificial sweetener (the whey already has some splenda in it)...tastes really good and creamy.

    Have you thought about breakfast burritos? You can make them as clean or dirty as you want and they reheat pretty well. Make about 6 at a time and depending on what you put in them, you've got a couple days worth of breakfasts.

    Oats and 7-8 eggs mixed in with some sweet flavouring (Nutella for those in the UK), flavoured whey or BCAA's.

    My breakfast every morning with a shake. Takes 3-4 mins to prepare.
