Need help, come on boys
k, i have been cutting to long and my body has adapted to maintaining at 2200kcal, which it used to be 2700kcal. should i up cals for a while? then cut again? or should i up cardio. currently not doing any besides wrestling.
what do you think guys?

i eat about 300grams of carbs day dont feel i need a refeed

what's that got to do with refeeding?? are you not in a calorie deficit??
