    Red face Need a diet spreadsheet...

    Wanna get my diet worked out and put down on paper...

    Can anyone e-mail me a spreadsheet or point me in the direction of a spreadsheet online?

    come to thin of it i don't know why i just didn't google "diet spreadsheet" come up with a sh!t load of em lol...

    no problem.
    also google for kelpiesoft food file.
    This gives you all the macros for foods(most foods)

    Really helps when setting up your diet.
