Try a cup of Cottage cheese and 2 tablespoons of Natural PB
Mix a little sugar free jelly in the CC to make it taste delicious!
The 2 meals you posted are also fine as long as they fit into your macros.

Anytime... Drop the shake for sure though, save them for pre/post workout and for if you wake up in the middle of the night, slam a no carb pro shake.
Good luck

Try some round eye steak with a salad dressed in EVOO or Nut oil.

we still agree on a casein shake JUST BEFORE BED though, right?
-
^you can do a casein shake with EFA's pre-bed,
but whole food nutrition will always be preferable.

I don't know what the "triple 0mega" is
But fish oil will work.

im gonna have to disagree... if you were to eat eggs with chicken before bed yourr body would go into a fast within 4 hrs.. running out of amino acids, it'll start breaking down muscle.. leaving u in a catabloic state...
you need slow digesting protiens...
ie
any lean beef (i love london broil with 1/2 avocado)
cottage cheese
casien shake
make sure to add efa's to any of these..
btw, cottage cheese tends to have simple sugars in it..... not good for cutting imo

The cottage cheese is great for anytime other than I cut. I gotta agree with jamyjamjr. Anytime I have tried to include any dairy in my diet it leaves me soft and not that dry lean look I like.
