You should try to eat the same amount of pro in each meal and concentrate carbs in meal 1 and pre, postw. I don't like that pro shake alone. Add some fats to it.

meal 6 is only an hour after training hence some carbs in it.
Ill chuck some flax/Fish oil in PWO shake - thought the pre WO flax would be enough.
Cant really balance the protein in my meals, just not viable in my life. Sure it wont effect me too much though, Im not trying to get to 5% for a BB show so should be ok

3000-3200 is my BMR depending on what calc i use.
the 100g comes solely from the steak... and 300gram steak is pretty small to me. I need it to keep me full.

Yes but eat 20g pro in meal1 and 100 in meal6 means that you start your day with catabolism and end it with wasting pro.
Then taking dextro prewo is a disservice to your training becuse of the insulin spike witch will drop your glucose levels.
Take the bcaa pre and postwo or only postwo.

Yeh good point, guess I can add some protein to meal 1. Maybe just some steak from the night before...
With my 'preworkout' shake its interesting you say that, was actually an article in this section that tells you to do that...
I drink my 'pre' workoutshake whilst i train throughout the whole session basically, so theres not really a spike and crash.
