My Diet Critique
hey guys i have always ate very good i just want some insight on my current diet while on my cycle(dbol /test e) please add any suggestions to add or take away any food.
22y/o
6ft.
218lbs
12%bf
Meal 1
3 eggwhites/ 2 whole
plain oats
protien shake in non fat milk
Meal 2
Brown rice
2 cans Tuna
veggies
Meal 3
Whole wheat pasta
chicken breast
veggies
Workout/post workout protien shake
Meal 4
same as meal 3
Meal 5
Brown rice
chicken
Protien shake before bed in water
Drinking a gallon of water per day.

before anybody critiques this they are def going to want to see some macros

Get the macros
Based on your Bodyfat you have 191 pounds of LBM
Id shoot for at least 300g protein
Brown rice? How much?
Drinking a gallon of water per day? You can do 2 at least on or off cycle.
Agree add casein or cottage cheese + some fats + some veggies to slow down absorption rate
Also add some more protein sources in there all I see is eggs, chicken and tuna.
Better to get an infulx of different protein sources
Also what is the weight of the food in each meal?
We need alot more info
