    hardgainer need help

hi i weigh about 135 pounds,my height is about 5'5, my body type would be ectomorph, my protein intake per day wil b 270 grams (2 grams per pound) broke up into at least 5 meals a day this should b enough as stated in milos sarcev's video on nutrition, my bmr is 1606.55(x2) as i am very active, so calorie intake should b 3213 add another extra of at least 500 per day to actually gain weight, calorie intake should be at least 3713 per day, carbohydrate intake 500g per day,

I find this very, very, hard to accomplish, i constantly feel bloated and sick, it is also hard as due to work(construction) i find it hard to have the right meal with the right requirements, and alot of the timei may not get a break when required,

i really need help, as i am really tinkin strongly about just doin a cycle, but i find it cheating, but am getin desperate to see some improvements

Why do you feel bloated and sick? Whats your diet like?
Do you not get breaks sometimes or are they just short?
At my job I get 10 minute breaks twice not including my lunch break, and thats enough time to scarf down 4-5 hardboiled eggs, and some nuts, or some oats real fast.
I never feel bloated or sick so I'd like to see what your eating. Also Juturna is that body type and he made great gains, naybe he will stumble across this post and can help you.

let's start at 1.75... that's alotta work but iv never used a 2.0 activity factor in critiquing.. and iv critiqued athletes who burn through 5000 calories a day..

ok i just looked at the chart and i tought it would be 2, as i have a very physical job, and i work-out, wel i just calculated my bmr at 1574.68

    http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ and it was 1574.68 x1.75
=>2755.69 calorie intake + 500(extra weight) = 3255.69 calorie intake per day, would that b about right,

    that sounds more reasonable..

dont worry, were gonna microcalibrate your intake as needed...

    350g protien
    350g carbs
66g fats.. u think u can make a diet around this??
