what was your longest cutting diet

its been 6 months I am on a cutting diet, cheated only 3 times (fast food and got stomach ache don't know why) i am thinking to prolong it to 1 year , i am losing weight slowly which is good to maintain muscles, I am only having supplements as ON whey, ON amino acids, ON creatine and ultimate nutrition glutamine I have clen on hand but didn't use it yet, I don't know my current body fat but my abs are starting to show, I am 6.3 I was 260 lbs at the beginning and now I am about 213 lbs, if I continue would this tax my body and slow my metabolism , I want to look good but not on the expense of my health.

actually I dont count calories I knew my deficit through trial and error my diet is
    meal
1-8 eggs whites, 3 small whole barely bread slices, vegetables
2-tuna can with salad and olive oil
3-ON whey shake 1 and half scoop with almonds (pre workout)
4-ON whey shake 2 scoops with dextrose (40g) (post workout)
5-chicken breast or steak with 200g boiled red kidney beans
6-tuna with vegetables and 16g of amino acids.

on my off gym days I do cardio and I eliminate the beans from 5 th meal and i rreplace the post workout shake with a tuna can

i would guess your not eating enough....

    either way..

every 10 days.. i want you to overload on carbs.... u can do this clean or dirty.

dirty would be like a pizza or something

clean would be a whole buncha complex carbs.. yams, oats, brown rice...

the point is to over eat so you bring your leptin levels back up..

think of it like taking one step back so that you can take two steps forward...

leptin has a significant impact on fat loss....

u know how people just start their diets and they lose alotta weight? a coupla weeks later that starts to slow down... this is because leptin levels have lowered.. get it?

I imagine you may possibly need to increase cardio just slightly. Possibly add a day of empty am cardio walking on an incline for 45-60 min. That should help
