im craving oats soooooooo bad!! but im trying to lose weight...should i eat them anyway?

Well are carbs involved in your diet?
If so then yeah its fine just write it off as a cheat meal

yea i have carbs in my diet...i think its because my diet sucks... wish i had more motivation so i could lose this stubborn fat!

motivation is number 1 man. with out it youll slip. my motivation too skim down is too think about how much more ***** ill get

unless your on PSMF or KETO please give me a reason why you cant have oats? just keep it to breakfast, pre and post workout.
go get your bf% tested and then you can work out the correct amount of calories you need to cut. it will save you 4 weeks to 6 months depending on how much you know.
