    Meal Replacements or just Whole Foods?/ Diet Critique.

    5'9'', 22yrs, 178lbs. 3328 Cals to maintain current body weight. 10-12%Fat.


    Meal 1/2
    10g Glutamine/ 1/2 scoop Whey

    30 min. Cardio.

    Meal 1: 590 Cals
    10 Boiled Egg Whites
    1 Cup Oats
    1 Banana

    Meal 2: 500 Cals
    1 1/2 Can Tuna
    1/2 Cup Almonds

    Meal 3: 490 Cals
    99/1 Ground Turkey
    1/2 Peanuts

    Meal 4: PreW. 650 Cals
    Lean Beef
    Pasta

    Meal 5: PostWo 540 Cals
    2 scoops whey/water
    Turk Sand's.
    Dextrose

    Meal 6: 520 Cals
    8oz Tilapia
    1/2 Cup brown rice

    Meal 7: 500 Cals
    Round Steak
    Sweet Potatoes

    Total Macs: 3800 Cals, 350+ g Pro.

    I basically eat all day as the rest of you all do, Can i sub. a meal replacement somewhere so i can leave my kitchen for at least 4-5 hours....

    whole foods are way better then shakes, i use shakes only after a workout

    i know its a pain in the ass to prepare food for your diet...

    meal replacments are never gonna match up to whole foods though..
