    Putting on Quality....with NO FAT!

I'm tall (6.3) and SKINNY by Nature. I struggle to keep my weight at 210lbs with 15% body fat.

When i eat a lot of food, it seems that my belly gets bloated and struggles to process and "synthesize" the food i've just eaten.

What can i eat that will help me to "Process and Synthesize" More Calories....and More Food?

I don't want to get fat..and that's the trick. Putting on quality muscle without getting fat...

    thanks....

Not too much calories over your tdee; sweet potatoes, oats, chicken, beef, eggs, brown rice, fish, oil, veggies...and hard training

no such thing as putting on lbm without adding bf without the use of gear. which is something your not ready for...

even with a lean bulk 40-50% of what you gain is fat..

sorry bud, theres no easy way through it..

Don't eat shitty food. Bloat often occurs when you're ingesting food your body has trouble processing like you've mentioned.

Re-asses your food supply. What do you eat? Milk and Wheat are the two most common foods which cause harm to your digestive track. Try not eating them for 2 weeks see how ya do.

Thanks Bud,..but you are making some false assumptions.

I've been training for 30+ years. I can wear out most youngsters at my gym hands down. I was surprised to meet another OLD DOG at my gym who can keep up with me. We train HARD...and lift heavy (10-15 sets per body part).

I've been juicing about 3 yrs now (just low dose HRT)...and put on about 20 lbs. I'm a Ectomorph and carry some body fat around my waist (had this since i was 12 yrs old)....even though i can run farther and faster than most Mesomorphs. I have ALWAYS been involved with Athletic sports and an ACTIVE Athlete.

Guess i'm stuck with these genes....and have to live with some fat around my gut.

BUT, none of this addresses the "Process and Synthesize" More Calories....issue.

    -what's your dairy intake like?
    -how fast are you eating?
-do you eat a couple/few large meals a day? how frequently do you eat?

I try to eat every 3 hrs....and avoid dairy....and i try to chew everything well.

I think "OSCAR JONES" might have hit something. Wheat and Bread products (i have heard) may cause digestion issues with some people.

I'm gonna try to cut that out and see what happens...

    THANKS VERY MUCH!!!

the only thing im aware of that processes more calories is tren ,which is a harsh compound.. dont know anything u can eat to process more food..

maybe if you cleaned out your digestive tract, that could help.. like a colon clense or something..

    Thanks Jamy...

I do a colon clense every year...and that may help. I was reading to effectively do a GOOD cleanse...you need to hit it, 3-4 times in 1 week...not much fun (unless you like being proded up the arse).

I think it maybe what was mentioned before...wheat and dairy products...causing indigestion.

    Peace...
