3500 calorie diet
325g protein
325g carbs
128g fats
u think u can build a diet that works into those macros??
use fitday . c o m to build it and then type it out in this thread for critique
look back to my sticky for healthy foods (u can also google low gi gl foods)

look at the label.. sugar.
u should drop anything with simple sugars. simple sugar make ur insulin spike which that ur body stores fat.
its great for the average person, that dnt care about ur sugar intake.. but if u wanna get ripped .. boot the simple sugar.
just have 1 day in the week that u get to cheat..
like every friday i dnt follow my meal plan. i dnt over do it.. but i eat w/e i like that day..

i kno sum guys take sumthin to spike insulin pwo..
im not sure if it better for cuttin or bulkin tho.. i pm jamy bout it.
it might be alright pwo... but its safe to ask jamy 1st.
but thro out the day i kno its a no go...

yea pwo you need a high glycemic carb.....vitargo, waxy maize, etc.spikes insulin and shuttles nutrients very quickly to the muscle cells..

lactose free skim milk is ok.. but almond milk unsweetened is better, less cals and so on.
just reg skim milk has sugar in it tho..
