i am 5 9 and weigh 80.5 kg's which i think is around 178 lbs
my bodyfat is pretty high sitting at around 15%.
i train 3 days a week doing weights and do around 10 mins of cardio after working out. i either do treadmill (running at 10km), cross trainer or bicycle
my goal is to burn fat but i want to also atleast maintain muscle

Breakfast
3 scrambled eggs
30g Oats
Multi vitamin

Recess
1 bannana
1 apple
3 rice cakes with peanut butter
sometimes a protein shake but not always

Lunch (suggest a meal for lunch time)
i usually eat chicken and rice. or pasta and chicken or chicken avacoda focacia. (i think this is too many carbs)

Mid afternoon Snack
50g Nuts
protein shake

PWO
On whey 100% shake

Dinner
Steak with vegies or fish with vegies
or steak with sweet potato or fish with potatoe

pre bed
100g cottage cheese

someone please suggest a lunch alternative as i usually eat around 100g carbs for lunch which i know is too high if i want to loose bodyfat
