Heart burn
Anyone suffer from steady heartburn?
I have since the age of 16 and chew zantac 150's like skittles to deal with it.
Any have any idea's to help?
Been to doctors time over and time over...... its not a ulcer either.
He just sets me up with different pills but at the end of the day i find zantac to work the best.
just curious if anyone else suffers and has found a solution to it.
Thanks
Derrick

if your diet has plenty of tomatoes or like tomatoe sauces sort of meals can cause major heart burns.
