    Pleaseee helppp

    Could fruit sabotage my fat loss goals. I have about 15 more pounds to go. Could eating fruit anytime during the day kill me. And im only eating oats and vegies for my carbs is this ok?

    protiens are fish chicken and eggs.

    And what about evoo is this bad?

    Ok would be great to get an awnser to all of them thanks

    Limit the fruit while cutting but a little bit wont hurt.
