lol actually NO, malnurishment is a result of being an alcoholic
the reason why alcoholics are very skinny is becuase alcohol alone cannot be stored as fat, and a pure alcoholic DOESNT EAT, so they only function off alcohol
while the body purely feeds off alocohol as a source of energy, its also in starvation since they dont eat
so it eats away at both muscle, fat etc
but thats only in a pure alcoholic this occours
as for pro bodybuilders, i think thats choice, saying POT is a better choice then alochol is debatable, and if you do more research into alcohol and pot, its shown that pot is MUCH worse for you then alocohol
it may not be as damaging to ur muscle mass, but mental, cardiac systems etc and other functions its very damaging to
a perosn who chooses pot over alcohol is to worried about his mucsle mass that hes willing to sacrifice health for muscle mass, thats just stupid

Both are as bad as each other.
But with violence related crimes alcohol out weighs pot by a mile.
I guess i can see why ppl would choose pot over alcohol.

IMO, if it were just a friday after work and you went out and drank 10-15 drinks while dieting, I'd say you were a fool. A Weekend filled with sexy young girls??? Thats when you should reap the benefits of your hard work. Show the body off and get into as many pants as you can... After its all done, smash the cardio hard for a week or two and you'll never even question whether it was all worth it....
Look at it this way... there is between 100-150 cals in a drink (non-beer) if you have say 8 shots/drinks with diet in them, that should be enough for you to have a pretty good night. Thats 800 cals... equate that over 2 days, and thats 1600cals... just think if you had two cheat meals in a week... only difference is it wont be pizza your eating, it'll be the girls!!! haha FTW!
