dieting with equipoise-trying to gain little size but more lookin to cut up
i am 5''8 170 pounds. i and built pretty well, but want to cut my body up including my stomch. all my fat is on my stomach and its not much prob about 1 inch of fat on my lower stomach. an example of my diet is.
breakfast. 6 egg white-6oz turkey-multi grain bread
5 oz of wild rice
banana
lots of water
meso- tech protein shake(only half of it tho)
MID-lunch-1 lb turkey-1/2 lb grilled chicken with rice in a wrap
baked potato
a good full bowl of salad-with balsamic dressing with olive oil
lots of water
lunch-1/2 lb chicken
protein bar
8 oz pasta-with tomato sauce
more water
that is bascially what my diet look like on a daily basis-i also i eat shrimp and stuff like that. all low fat high protien and more carbs then i usually eat before i started EQ. I just wanted to knoow if i should cut down on my carbs and eating habbits in order to get cut up with a little gain in size becausei am full every second of the day.

3 meals are all you eat. I might be reading it wrong but you need to eat at least 6-8 meals a day.

no i eat around 6-7 but i didnt want type all of them in i just wanted to give u guy an idea of what im eatin-i want o find out if i should cut down on my food intake if i want to cut up

I wouldn't cut the carbs down just yet. Try some cardio in the morning before you eat and maybe use an eca stack. But with eq and some good cardio should be all you need for now. Try it for awhile.
