    What activity level am I?

    Alright, so right now my days are made of going to the gym and starting with an hour on the bike, and then finishing with 30-60 minutes of lifting. After and before that I am playing video games, chilling with my friends, basically doing lazy activities. what would my activity level be?

    whats your goals? whats the purpose of doing cardio prior to lifting?? And how many days a week are you doing this?..TOP

    I think you should lifting first, and then do cardio.

    not high, you could start walking some that would be of benefit or jogging if you want to lose weight. i find WOMEN keep me on my toes..
