What to cut, to cut
OK without going into ALL the detail of my diet lets assume it's good.
I have been working out for almost 2 years on my diet and exercise. Im happy with my results. I have done some good lean bulking. My body fat is low, probably 10% maybe less. I have GOOD detail and veins on most of my body I have never had before, legs, arms, upper chest etc.
I am going on vacation in a few weeks and want to drop a little more body fat. Get to 8%.
Im doing the cardio and drinking plenty of water, staying away from salt etc.
What I am looking for is what are the main foods I want to stay away from?
I dont mean chocolate, chips, hamburgers or the obvious stuff I dont eat now. I mean assuming my diet is already clean. I dont want to turn it into a carb/fat/protein counting deit yet, not that much details but only want/need to know what would be good to avoid for a few weeks to help get the body fat down a little more or what would be good to eat more of?
Thanks for keeping it simple for now.

I would decrease some of the carbs you're having: less brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats ecc. Keep them only at breakfast, pre and postwo.
