    Eating well pays off!!!

Man just had to share with the board. In the past month ive really turned my diet around and i feel AWESOME!! no fast food, no junk food, cut down on my brews durring the week. Eating more veggies, lots of tuna, multi vits in the morning and plenty of water. Amazing how happy your body feels when your not loading it with junk!

After just a few of weeks of bulk eating and only a couple days of a planned out diet I feel completely different too. Its amazing how much it changes energy levels and overall feeling.

From a fellow new guy... Congrats and keep it up.

Do you have goals planned other than doing it for the sake of a healthy diet?

i dnt know bout theese boys but mine would look somthing like this.

7.00am- pint of milk and cheese on toast(grilled cheese) x2

    work

10.00am- sausage on toast or weetabix x3 milk and sugar

1.00pm- chips peas and gravy, butterd bread x3 or large quarter pound with cheese meal and coke

    home time

7.00pm- some sort of take away or a home cooked meal such as meat and potato pie

10.00pm- crisp(potato chips) or cheese and crackers and a pint of milk

    bed when ever

i used to work like 12hour days so i was always tired aswel as being lazy. But a change of jobs has give me the chance to change my lifstlye completly.
