    Question Forcing myself to eat

Hi guys! I have been sick for two days and wasn't able to eat anything or to keep it in my body.
Yesterday i went back on track and started my usual diet but i really had to force myself to eat (i never had to before). So my question is:
do you suggest trying to force myself till i get used again to my diet or listening to my body? I would prefer to listen to my body, but...

Other times when i was sick i didn't have these troubles.

While it's our creed; lean protein is the hardest thing for the body to digest. High pro carb sources, nut butter should be easy for you however. Shakes, also hard to digest, will be a lot easier than meats. IMO, if you lose out on pro intake by 25% or so, it's no biggie.

So I decided to listen to my body. I lost some weight, but my recovery was easy.
