need advice
i have been to these forms b4 and i want some advice again... so far im 5'7 and i weigh 150.im 20yrs old. i have done 3 cycles.. but i dont want to jump on another one. im bout to do a blood test to see how my body is doing. i have seen guys who get huge from eatting right and training right. But in my case i dont know y but i drink protein 3 times a day.. on in the moring then two hours frm that i eat and then in the afternoon protein again and two hours frm that eat. then gym for bout 1hr and a half depending on how packd the gym is.. i work out one muscle a week and try to go heavy everytime but steady. after the gym i drink a protein and eat and sleep i go up to like 153 154 and drop back down to 150. i cant pass that lvl.. i wanna get to 170 around there what can i do.?
1st cycle
test E 300
Deca 300
for 10 weeks
2nd cycle
test E 250
tren 100
for 12 weeks
3 cycle
test E 300
deca 300
for 15 weeks
i grew the most out of this one frm 140 to 165
how nice that i got sick got send to the hospital and they give me some pills that droppd me to 150
so i dont want to shoot up till im 25 or so.. what can you guys help me with?

well lol.. ok
at 9 i drink a protein 52grams with milk and a banana
at 11 i eat two eggs,tostada, and cafe con leche
at 2 i eat either pollo tropical (rice a 1/2 chicken with black beans) or quzinos
at 4 i drink a protien shake again
at 6.30 i go to the gym
at 8 i drink a protein and eat what my mom makes (cuban food)

and the pct i took P6 and novadex 3 pills a day for like 2 and a half weeks

first of all your "pct" is prohormones which are actually teh opposite of a pct and sometimes even require a pct. bad move.
and your diet is terrible and you will not grow at all on that... at all. look at the other diets in this forum

UR diet is ur main problem...no mas cafe con leche y tostada o pollo arroz y frijoles.....o quiznos..
and I think you get up too late...but maybe is just me being jeaolus about not being able to wake up that late
que edad tienes?

ok what you think i should do in the case of pct.. do i get on it again or its to late already.. its been 2 months i have been off the cycle

well i work frm 9 to 6.. lol and im 20 yrs old... so all that that i eat is bad for me then...

ok.. so i got to switch it up then.. more likly what should i start to eat so this monday i start the diet plan..
