    Udo's Oil

    can somebody please explain how ingesting good fats(udo's) helps loose bad fat? i just got 2 bottles of Udo's in and just tried it by itself and it wasnt bad. was expecting a lot worse.

    each tablespoon has 12grams
    ***** 3-6g
    ***** 6-3g
    ***** 9-6g

    how much do yall take a day?

    i think the most simple answer would be:

    you body hangs on to whatever its not getting for survival.

    besides, good fats are good for energy, serotonin etc. look into fish oil too

    1 tablespoon per 50lbs of weight is the recommended dose

    You need to read the ANABOLIC DIET by Mauro Di Pasquale. I t explains how fats have been demonized and are actually a very good energy source over carbs. I have it in a PDF file if you want it let me know.

    Also watch the udos it has 120 cals in a tblsp! So just make sure it fits in your macros,also like another posted said you would benefit from fish oil so look into it....TOP
