Women's competition diet questions!!! Please help!
I am looking to do my first bikini competition in 17 weeks. I started training and the diet 3 weeks ago. I am currently 5'5" and 132 lbs. Uncertain of my exact body fat but I know it is in the low 20s. I know that I have a lot of body fat to lose still and I need to get lean. I lift 5 times a week for an hour and do cardio 5 times a week for an hour. My diet has been 30 g of oatmeal for breakfast, 140 g of protein per day, and 2 servings of fats (natural nut butters or almonds), and 2 cups of vegetables a day. I've been having one cheat meal a week and been taking supplements.
I've seen good results so far but I want to make sure what I'm doing is appropriate and will be enough for my body fat to drop significantly...plus I know the diet needs to be continually be altered or my body is going to get used to it...mainly I am wondering how much fat I should be having a day cuz I am trying to lose fat, and when and how much carbs I should start cutting out of my diet...any input would be greatly appreciated from anybody who knows!!! I am trying to do research but I don't have a trainer anymore...thanks...

If you are in the low 20's as you say BF% then you are already in Bikini Division shape. You would be better off spending your time and money and getting your hair and nails done and perfecting your smile. If you have an interest in dieting and training I would focus more on the Figure Division.
