Pro intake on gear
I keep hearing that my current "situation" yields increased protein synthesis. And in the same token, that I should be taking in like 2.5 grams of protein per lb. of lean body mass. I've always been able to gain just fine at 1.5 grams. Is there any real evidence of this (I haven't found any) and should I start increasing my pro at each serving? Thanks as always.

2g per lb is more then enough mate, gear or no gear
