Who would you recommend this diet to? And for what purpose is this to somebody?

This diet is a good guideline for anyone who is unsure about how to structure there meals.

this diet could be use to gain or loose weight, depending on the persons size.

carbs and protein will need to go up or down depending on a persons size.

It is hard to answer either of your questions because this diet would have to be adjusted accordinly unless you were the same weight as denis with the same metabolic rate and same goals.

Im sure that Marcus has posted this to confuse the people who think that gaining weight or loosing weight is easy but dont understand why they cannot do either.

People who take in 2 whole food meals and 4 shakes and say they eat 6 times a day.

Use this diet as a guideline and change quantities of foods to suit you goals

I have ran several contest diets where I have kept my carbs at 250-400 grams the entire time. In his case he has a ton of LBM so that helps as well. I am not sure where this "cant get cut with carbs" mentality came from.
