    oyster's?

Ok i think most know me, and know i am a chef. So rescently at work i guess i would call it a snack....because its quick and easy for me. I thought it would be pure protein basiclly.

But ill put down 10-12 raw oysters a night. Is this ok on a diet....i am actually bulking right now, but still trying to keep it clean.

The only thing i can think of is choles. Because i know shellfish is usally high on choles.

    Any thoughts?
