    How does this correlate to your TDEE? Also what are your goals ?fat loss,mass gains? Also whats your bodyfat?...TOP

    Just by glancing id say its way too many calories for a guy your size. Most likely you will be adding bodyfat quickly. Like i said before find your TDEE then bump it 500 calories. After that you will need to adjust your diet to fit into the calorie exeptance. soo if your TDEE is 2000 calories bump it to 2500 calories and make 5-7 meals that come out to 2500 TOTAL calories a day. Does this make sense? You cant just start adding calories in the dark without knowing where you are going...TOP
