    saturated fats

    when should I take in saturated fats? Since pretty much all fats have some sat fats in them should I even worry about this?

    are saturated fats even necessary in my mass building diet? Why not just use fat free protein isolates and vegetable source fats all the time? Sat fats can increase your bodies cholesterol and on cycle I do not want that to happen at all.

    u def dont need to supplement with saturated fats----but most all ur meats have it, so thats all u need to b taking. make up the diff with good fats------saturated fats are good for keeping ur natural test levels high--so ive heard

    honestly I havent been eating meat for a while. When I do I only eat fat free chicken breast. Saturated fats are also in pretty much all other fat sources in smaller amounts so I am not worried in the least.
