Question is a bit vague brotha!
are saturated fats even necessary in my mass building diet? Why not just use fat free protein isolates and vegetable source fats all the time? Sat fats can increase your bodies cholesterol and on cycle I do not want that to happen at all.
honestly I havent been eating meat for a while. When I do I only eat fat free chicken breast. Saturated fats are also in pretty much all other fat sources in smaller amounts so I am not worried in the least.
