work or no..
may be a stupid q but no expert
chicken and veg rolls
if i eat 8 chicken and veg rolls a day
will that be sufficiant for a cutting deit
if not what type of roll would be as this would be easy for me to stick to..

what's in a chicken/veggie roll? (besides the obvious).
Why do you only want to eat rolls?
Generally speaking, you want to get some variety in your diet...if not for the nutrients, as least for the sheer sanity of eating different foods.

i know i sound a bit nuts wanting to eat rolls for 12 weeks untill i finish my cycle..but if i just eat rolls its easy to prepare and i know i will stick to it..even though ill probally look like a roll after 12 weeks i will go onto a proper diet after the cycle but just want to get this fat off me and then ill do a proper diet and natty training as im still only 22..
just want something easy rather than complicated so i can achive my goals as preparting food i find quite hard and wont do it right,atleast when ive got the cycle out of the way i can concentrate on the diet more then and make it part of my life as ive let myself go lately..i could manage oats or something in the morning and then obviously fruit throughout the day..what do you suggest??

I assume you're talking about cycling clen , per your previous thread, right?
What's your stats: age, height, weight, body fat?
Personally, I think your logic is backwards. You want to rely on clen to do all the work for you...and then you say you will get your diet right. In fact it should be the opposite: get that diet right, stay disciplined, hit that cardio, and then use clen if you need it.

yeah i was looking for a quick fix as to say,so i can get back to how i was,it will take me ages to get back to how i was natty but with the clen it'll be much quicker therefore making me feel better and give me the drive to stay diciplined..
im 22,6ft,16stone and i dont know bf i was 13 1/2 stone and you could see top 2 of my abs and just make out middle 2 if that helps and the rest ive put on is just fat!!eating crap and not training..

yea i like to know what's in a chicken/veggie roll too! how much do you want to lose on 12 weeks? if you can see your upper abs then you don't have much to go, i think you can get bellow 10% with good diet and cardio...

yeah you could see them when i was 13 1/2 stone now you cant as ive put on 2 1/2 stone fat..(its mingin!!)
just chicken and steamed mixed veg (cold)

Its easy m8 get 3 tubs put tuna salade in one chicken salade in the other what ever meat and veg i the other uve got a shake in between that and uve got oats ,egss, in the morning prep the 3 tubs every night just before u go to bed and ur done uve got 5 meals a day peice of pss bruv!

ohh no snacking at all ....untill u get to maintanance levels and no other drink other than water and start with light cardio do that for 12 months and ur be better than u use to be m8 as treat have a couple of beers ona friday as in 2 bruv lololol not 22!
