Do i still need to take protein shake ...
if i aint working out , like i do 5 days in the week at gym and have saturday and sundays off. will i still need to take my protein shakes

You need to have lots of protein on off days too, your muscles dont only repair themselves on the days you work out.

just skip ur pwo meal and eat the same the rest of the day

thats what i do, no shakes on off days, whole food only...
