    cutting diet attempt thoughts?

    Hey guys i hit a plateau and i decided to try work on my diet.

    this is what i came up with what do you think?
    im 6'1 175lbs 23years old

    #1
    On whey protein 24gP 4gC 1.5gF - 130 Cals
    1/2 cup oats 6.50P 27.1C 2.6F - 156 cals
    2 boiled eggs 12.5P 1.1C 10.6F - 154 cals


    43P 32.2C 28.3 14.7F - 440 cals

    #2
    350g low fat cottage cheese 43.4P 9.5C 3.6F 252
    20 blueberries .2P 3.9C .1F - 16 cals
    (will prob add in fish oil tabs)

    #3 pre workout
    280g chicken breast 82.7P 0C 21.6F - 547 cals
    1/2 cup brown rice 2.5P 22.2C .9F - 107 cals

    should i split the pre workout meal in half and eat some rice/chicken POST workout also? or is that mainly for bulking
    should i supplement flaxseed oil? if so when would be the best timing? meal #2 since meal #1 has enough fat already?

    Cals sometimes a bit higher since i eat a banana in morning im running clen so im eating it for the potassium

    if i add anymore food i will be taking in to many calories :S

    maybe instead of 280g chicken breast pre workout i can make it 140g pre work out and eat 140g chicken breast post workout??

    Where did you get that graph from? Pretty cool. Anyway, I think what twist means is to get rid of the shakes...or at least one of them.

Unless you are a 14 year old sedentary girl, you need to up your calories. You would very likely loose about a pound a week at 2200 kcal per day. You know what types of food to eat - Add two more solid meals and aim for 50p/30c/20f at 2200 kcals.

    Eat food man. Do more cardio if you must but you need to eat.

    It does appear the calories are too low but without knowing the OP's BF% & LBM it's really tough to give out any good advice.

    i think i have high bodyfat % even though i lost 80lbs like i have a soft tummy and when i sit down its flabby.

    i think im prob about 15-17% body fat

    i thought less calories i eat the faster ill lose the excess weight.

    i feel fine eating 1700-1800 calories i have enough energy to lift 5x a week and run everyday 4-7km

    my goal is to just achieve a flat stomach.

    what are the benefits of eating more cals i dont get it :S
    more i eat the longer it will take to loose weight.

    but what kind of meal do you guys recommend to throw in there?
    salmon salad? what types of greens should i use?

    i dont know how you do it. thats how many calories i eat and im female. did you calculate your TDEE and BMR? You shouldn't have more than 1000 cal deficit or you will burn muscle.

    my daily calorie needs are about 3000 so if i eat about 1800cals thats a defect of 1200 which isnt to bad.
    i guess cals are bit higher forgot to add 1 banana 1.3P 27C 0.4F 105 Cals(potassium for clen ) + 1/2 cup grape juice 0.7P 18.9C 0.1F 77 Cals (sugar for creatine)

    i thought i wont loose muscle as long as i have enough protein.

    im getting like 1.15g of protein per lbs
    175 x 1.15 = 201g protein

    im 100% committed to this >< i use to drink 6-10 cups of coffee a day i play alot of poker so i need it to stay focused but i quit coffee completely cold turkey has been brutal.

    been making green tea storing it in fridge and drinking that through out the day and every so often nibble on a few sunflower seeds (not many)

    do a search for "milos videos" on this forum---watch all 5 videos---takes about an hour---but it will teach u how to diet properly

    i dont think coffe is bad---i could b wrong---i drink 3-4 cups in the morning---with splenda only

    i quit drinking it because of milk :S

    at work atm so cant watch now

    but when you say diet properly
    whats wrong with this diet? just not enough nutrients?
