I guess it depends on your goals. If you're cutting, skim milk would be better for obvious reasons. For bulking, I think it matters much less provided you keep an eye on overall fat intake.
Having said that - I am cutting and have regular milk with Coffee (just can't do skim with coffee) and skim with my PWO shake. Other than that, no milk in my diet. Just my .02

I might add a little to my shakes every once in a while... but stay away from it most of the time. Too much sugar for me. I think it has like 12 grms of sugar???

Nothing wrong with milk.
Low Gi Sugar just like sweet potatoes
Nothing wrong with drinking milk, People say milks bad, but beefs ok!
so you cant drink the milk that helped build that beef? LOL
go ahead man, if you want milk fit it into your diet.
if its jsut a little bit with your coffee dont even count it.
same with some condiments, dont deprive your self!!!
what are your goals BTW?
if your just trying to lose some weight or look good, then ya its fine
if your pre-contest you may have to watch it more closely

yes, very low gi carb to the point it runs out some peoples ass
as long as you aren't lactose intollerant it's phenominal, like shakes it's not a food replacement but a very good addition to your diet.
my crew coach put me on two large glasses of milk with every meal and I put on muscle fast. It made my nose run to the point I got bronchitis though...it increases mucus production, so watch out for that.

Kratos hit it... It is not a bad thing to have, but it is not a meal and should not be used as a source for protein or carbs or anything imo. drink it in your shakes for sure, that I strongly recommend. To get 50% of your meal cals from a glass of milk is retarded.

it is not a ****ing food. that is the end of the story as far as milk goes. I can eat candy, does not mean you can eat candy. everybody has their own preferences. If you are fat or high in bf (aka fat) I recommend not to drink it.

That Hood Choc is a dairy beverage...not milk. I don't think it's a bad thing though considering the nutritional values listed. If that is your vice...then go for it. I like Muscle Milk Lite. It is loaded up with protein so it makes sense to me. Wonder what it would be like to add muscle milk to my whey?

so is whey, and nobody complains about that
insulin is only the enemy if you're on a keto diet anyway
you wouldn't drink a lot of milk when cutting, for the simple fact that it's extra calories.
but, if you're trying to pack quality calories into your diet milk is muscle by the gallon, lick it up.
