    Which benadryl for clen??????????????????

Fellas,,, I looked and seached a bunch, but can't find what benadryl to get...

I thought it'd be simple, but when I got to the store there were MANY different kinds of benadryl... plus cough, sinus, head, etc, but no just REGULAR sudafed......

I figured I'd ask someone who know for sure, as I'd like to not have to put extra stuff in my body that tI don't need if I don't have to... l'm sure you can feel me...

    Thanks

Yeah, I'm not completely sure what the question is here.

Are you talking about benedryl to up-regulate receptors? If that's the case just get ketotifen which is proven to up-regulate the receptors. Then you can run clen for much longer.

Ahhh, good call tabllz, I didn't even make the connection.

OP, if you do go with Benadryl, the ingredient you're looking for is Diphenhydramine. You can get it in the generic form to save some money. 50mg a day (night) on the 3rd week.

You want to go with either Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) or Ketotifen (ARR has this in the US). Both of these are antihistamines and thats what you want to use with Clen . Most people say they think Ketoifen works better with Clen. You don't want to use Sudafed thats a nasal decongestant not an antihistamine.

Although I haven't tried it I'd say Zyrtec would work well for a Clen cycle too.

Diphenhydramine is the active ingredient in the brand name antihistamine "Benadryl". It is readily available at any drugstore.

Ketotifen is also an antihistamine but as far as I know, you'll need to order it. It's more popular as an antihistamine in the UK than in the US.

It's debatable which one works best for up-regulating b2 receptors. I've used them both and can't tell the difference.

Keto makes me groggier in the morning than Benadryl.
