What to do if you haven't gotten all of your calories
what if unforeseeable circumstances prevent you from getting your 2500 calories for the day? Is it recommended to eat as much 'good' food as you can to fill the gap?
For example, it is 9:30pm right now and I have only consumed ~1700 calories. Should I go get a double steakburger from steak and shake to get calories up or should I try to force 3 meals of brown rice and chicken before I go to sleep? This is an honest question.

Meals are like sleep, once you miss it there is no making it up. Just eat what's scheduled for the rest of the night and have a better day tomorrow.

If you miss a meal you just forget it and move on, I would think it would be more benficial to sneak an extra meal in. Lets say its 6 oclcock pm and youve missed a meal. You have 3 meals left in the day( 6,8,10) would it be more beneficial to eat at 6, 730 , 830 10?? Or add 2 table spoons of peanut butter to each meal to make up for the cals you missed?
