It looks good. I would up the protein by adding a can of tuna to meal 2 (snack). I asume that one of your shakes are after your workout? I always add a banana with my post workout shake.

yes one of the shakes is after a meal and i always add banana when making my shakes. What about if i throw in a few hard boilied eggs with meal 2 instead if tuna casue i eat that sometimes for lunch.

1. Make sure it's not deli turkey, but actual slices of the bird. Deli meats have way too much additives and sodium
2. I would replace that bannana with oatmeal. Bananna has too much sugar and oatmeal will be slow digesting and add fiber. I would also eliminate the peanut butter
3.On meal 6. I would replace those potatoes with beans. Much lower glycemic index, adds more fiber, and is still a good amount of carbs for growing.

I use optimum, but I bet it would taste even better in Pro-Rated.
Give it a whirl, I've never met a person who didn't like it.

has any body used beans as ther source of fiber and slow carbs instead of the oatmeal. beans have about 57% of your daily fiber per half cup .

In fact because of the extremely low glycemic index of beans, it makes cutting a lot easier.
I bulk with oatmeal just because it allows me to take in so many calories with a relatively small amount of food.(It can be used effectively for cutting as well)
When the switch is made from oatmeal to beans, the drop in glycemic index(depending on what kind of beans about a 20-30points lower) allows for a much better digestion without even lowering calories. With lowering calories and all carbs coming from beans, your insulin spikes are low and few.
I believe oatmeal to be about 60-64 on the glycemic index, and kidney and lentils in the 32-46 range.
With 6 meals a day and only 3 containing carbs early in the day(beans), insulin spikes are early and low which is prime for fat loss.
