    serious mass weight gainer?

    can i take half serving of ON serious mass as meal 1? im usually in a super rush in the morning but i would still like to get the calories in.

    How long does it take to microwave a cup of oats and cook up a few eggs? It usually takes me 4-5 minutes. If you're in that much of a hurry, mix whey and a couple raw eggs with your oats.

    that works for me too...and within 15 minutes i am out the door...5 minutes cooking and 10 minutes eating…

    i travel 2 hours 1 way with no traffic (SUCKS!!), i dont get much sleep as it is so if i take a shake its quicker. then i can eat when i get to work.

    2-3 hours later, unless i pre cook 2 breakfast type meals.

    Considering that, you really NEED a whole food meal. That shake is gone 1/2 way through your commute. It just depends how serious about your body you are; I eat whole food in my car all the time.

    this isnt a bad idea, i mite try that whey , oats and eggs,

    i was also adding On CASEIN TO THE WEIGHT GAINER SHAKE.
