Im on my 8th week of a test e 250mgx2/week cycle. Kick started with dbol . Im 6'4, 220lb. 190lb before cycle. I eat about 4500 calories a day (clean diet) switch the macros time to time. Im
not gaining alot of fat, which is good. Now
i know this is because of the steroids cz if i was eating like this with the same amount of activity level without steroid ... I would be all fat.

Anyway, Now im wondering... Would a triple whopper sandwich (about 1125 calories) be good immediately after an intense workout. Mind you, its about 84 grams of fat (not your friendly fat too). But since its immediately after a workout, and the fact that im on steroids. Is it ok, or even good?
